We at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University are looking forward to your arrival. In order to ensure a pleasant stay, please take note of the following reminders. 1. Please arrive on May 11. 2. Please e-mail us a copy of your passport and a recent photo and fill out Forms A and B. Please send us a copy of your travel details. A representative from the organizational committee will meet you at Gate 3 of the Suvarnabhumi (Bangkok) airport. 3. Accommodation will be provided from 11-14 May, 2011. Upon your arrival at the hotel, kindly hand Form 'C' (attached to the invitation letters we have sent out) to our volunteer at the Registration Counter who shall then give you your room key as well as the celebration materials. 5. The hotel is twenty minutes away from the conference venue. Buses will be provided. 6. Meals will be provided throughout the event. 7.
